چکیده
Bone xanthoma is a rare benign primary bone lesion histologically characterized by sheets of foamy cells which are macrophages with cytoplasm filled droplets fat. It usually associated endocrine or metabolic diseases, in the absence called xanthoma. Because lack pathognomonic radiologic and clinical features, they require differential diagnosis broad spectrum lesions varying degree malignant potential. We describe case mandibular 16-year-old girl without typical cutaneous manifestations alterations lipid values.
